Overview
Captain America is a Marvel pinball table released in 2011 and available for Zen Pinball 2, Pinball FX 2 and Pinball FX 3 as one of three tables in the Marvel Legends pack. Based on the Marvel superhero Captain America, created by Joe Simon and Jack Kirby, this table chronicles Captain America's exploits as a super soldier battling the Axis Powers in the heat of World War II with his Howling Commandos, facing daunting adversaries who are concocting dangerous experiments to threaten the Allies.
The table was released less than a month before the release of Captain America: The First Avenger, but it is not a tie-in to the film; instead, the table's storyline and plot are heavily based on Ed Brubaker's 65th anniversary Captain America comic.
