Overview

A simulation of the game of billiards. Includes nine different variations. Includes 8-Ball (Sink all 7 of your balls, then sink the 8-Ball.), 9-Ball (Sink the 9-Ball, but the first ball hit in each shot must be the lowest-numbered ball still on the table.), Cutthroat (3-player game. Be the last player with balls on the table.), Euro 8-Ball (Like 8-Ball, but the pocket doesn't need to be called when sinking the 8-Ball.), 14.1 Continuous (Call a ball and a pocket. Each called ball earns a point. First player to 30 wins.), 3-Ball (Sink all 3 balls in the fewest amount of shots.), Trick Shots (Sink all balls in a single shot. 90 layouts are included.), Time Trial (Sink all balls in the least time possible. 12 layouts are included.), and Golf (Sink all balls in the fewest shots possible. 36 layouts are included.). Aside from Trick Shots, Time Trial, and Golf, which are single-player affairs, all games can be played against the computer, on five different difficulty levels, or a second player on the same computer. The number of matches in each game is also adjustable, as are some rules. Finally, the appearance of the table, the control scheme, and aiming aids can all be changed.
