Overview
Flughafen-Feuerwehr-Simulator 2013 is the sequel to Flughafen-Feuerwehr-Simulator. In this simulation the player takes control of a rescue team to manage accidents and incidents at an airport such as crashed air planes, dangerous cargo that has been damaged, burning engines and so on. The game contains a fully equipped fire station with different types of vehicles to take control of. The game takes place in a large airport area of 24 km² with different section such as a sports airfield, a helicopter landing pad, a section for the cargo, hangars, runaways and a passenger terminal with baggage handling, custom control, bars, shops and waiting areas. The game contains 200 flammable and sometimes explosive objects where the fire can spread to. Sometimes special vehicles such as the Panther need to be operated to inspect substances before a fire can be put out. Rescue operations not only take place from a distance, but also involve rescuers going inside burning planes. There are 15 missions to complete. As a simulation there is a vitality system where the team's health needs to be managed through breaks and exercise.
