Pokémon R.O.W.E.

Pokémon R.O.W.E. is a Pokémon Emerald ROM hack redesigned as an open-world game covering Hoenn and the Sevii Islands. All Pokémon from gens 1–9 are obtainable from the beginning, with level scaling so any area can be tackled in any order. It includes 16 badges, modern mechanics (mega evolution, DexNav, reusable TMs, nature mints, EXP Share), multiple difficulty modes, randomized and other challenge modes, trainer outfits, following Pokémon, quality-of-life upgrades, and systems for fast team building and replay ability.
