Toyopet RV World is one of the unique, Japan-exclusive 3DO software titles distributed solely to Toyota dealerships nationwide. It aimed to entertain children who accompanied their families to car dealerships, ensuring they wouldn't get bored while waiting. During that time, there was a trend to install various gaming facilities and video game consoles in car dealerships to entertain children. However, for car enthusiasts like the author, a mere dealership visit wasn't exciting enough. Hence, Toyota collaborated with Panasonic to install 3DO consoles in their dealerships, enhancing the experience. Toyopet RV World has three sections; - Showroom works as a virtual showroom for the three Toyota models Caldina, Hiace and Hilux Surf - Clinic is essentially an outdoor-themed sales pitch where you choose an outdoor activity, answer three questions and are told which car to buy. Want to go lake fishing? Hiace RV it is. - Paddock has all the content from "Toyopet RV Paddock" where you can customize the cars by choosing the paint and decals
