Color Track

A Snake\Worm style action game with puzzles created by Roberto Scacchetti and released in 2005. You start as a snake of one color, but if you change color make sure to alter your eating style and only eat your current color. Add in mazes, the rapidly ticking time clock and the difficulty can increase very quickly! When you've removed all the blocks you move on to a harder level.
