Overview

Viewed in three dimensions or via a plan view, this pool simulation features 8-ball (using either US spots/stripes or UK yellows/reds) and 9-ball matches. Realistic fouls are included, with free shots and scratch (ball-in-hand) outcomes. Shots can be taken either by methodically setting shot pace, or by swinging the cue back using the mouse. Either way, spin is set before the shot. As well as individual matches you can play in Challenge mode, in which you must pot every ball as quickly as possible (in numerical order in 9-ball mode), with a 15-second penalty for every foul. There are four table designs, three computer skill levels, and best of 1/3/5 match length.
