Pokémon Crystal Version: Emu Edition

A hack of Pokémon Crystal that adds in all 251 Pokémon and makes all stones and evolution items more obtainable. It does this through combining all wild encounters from the three gen 2 games, making starters available in some areas, the Celebi event restored, and a partial restoration of the Safari Zone to help fill out the Pokédex.
