Overview

Educational software dealing with mathematics and more precisely here, with algebra, this sworn enemy of most of our young schoolchildren... It is intended for students who are, at least, in 4th grade. The 16-page manual accompanies the diskette, details the various options offered. Accompanied by examples illustrating well the possible problems. This manual is of very good quality. The software, relatively simple to use (and even very simple when you follow the instructions in the manual), still requires a minimum of knowledge in algebra to be able to do it, it tests the student's knowledge). Three main options are on the menu: The calculator: allows you to test your knowledge and possibly get help from the computer for verification. Tutorials: the computer offers exercises to the student and corrects him (very educationally) in the event of an error. Questions: asks the student about his knowledge on the topic selected from those available.
