Similar to the APX game, but this is more akin to Boot Hill or Nintendo's Sheriff. This was developed by Shaun Eelwell and published as a type-in game in the British Computer & Video Games dated July 1984 (in Book of Games supplement).
Like the vast majority of games of this style, this is two-player only.
