Overview
In a world very similar to ours today, years of a government without change and with harsh policies in some social areas generated enough outrage for a group of rebels to band together and begin carrying out actions of disapproval and protest.
What began as marches and other peaceful demonstrations soon gained more intensity, and soon, the disorganized group became a well-organized association of radical-minded people, heavily armed, and often adopting questionable attitudes to achieve their desired ends. The REBELS, as they became known, became a threat to the stability of the current government. When those in power recognized this grave threat, they did not hesitate to group the best soldiers from the police and army to form a special defense force, called Tactical Protection Operations, or TPO.
As expected, a hunter-and-hunted relationship developed between the Rebels and TPO, with each side momentarily playing the role of hunter and then becoming the hunted. On various fronts and in various locations, clashes between the two groups occur, almost always armed and action-packed. Some have spectacular, cinematic overtones. With constant confrontations, open-air skirmishes, surprise attacks, suspected bombs, and other high-risk actions, only time will tell which side will prevail in this urban duel.
