Galactic Quarry X

Galactic Quarry X is a 2019 side scrolling shooter for the Commodore 64. It was developed by Jari Karjalainen and released by TND.

The year is 205X. The off-world mining company Royal Space Mining Corp. has finished unloading their last shipment of unknown ore found on Planet X. Suddenly, a fleet of unknown origin enter the planet's orbit, and RSMC's mining equipment is still waiting to be picked up at the last quarry.

Commander Fotheringay-Phipps of the Royal Galactic Task Force sends three of his most disposable pilots to deal with the unexpected menace and bring back the mining equipment from the quarry on Planet X. If they fail, the mission is aborted, the RSMC mothership returns to base on Earth and faces the consequences,whatever they may be.
