Overview
Be-Bop High School: Koukousei Gokuraku Densetsu is an investigative adventure game. The player can choose between either of the manga's protagonists, Oru Nakamato or Hiroshi Kato, and must find their missing friend Shingo, exploring the school from a top-down view while collecting items and talking with NPC characters to collect clues. While talking with other characters the player is given a selection of commands such as "talk", "search" or "use item", but the player can also threaten and attack people. While exploring the player must pay attention to stats such as "fortune", which can affect the chances of obtaining information or the outcome of fights, and "strength", which is basically the player's health.
