Overview
Players take control of Eva, a disgraced female knight who was sentenced for a crime she did not commit and subsequently banished from the kingdom she used to serve. Over the course of the story, Eva will make alliances with different characters and attempt to clear her name. Royal Stone: Hirakareshi Toki no Tobira is a turn-based RPG where you explore dungeons, gather information, cast magic, and recruit monsters, Royal Stone has an "elemental" system consisting of fire, wind, water, and earth to determine strengths and weaknesses. Most of the game is played out in an environment shown through a bird's-eye view, but there are also battles shown from a behind view. A party of companions can be gathered.
