Overview

In this sequel to Virtual Pro Wrestling, wrestlers worldwide gather once again to fight it all out. The game has many similarities to WCW vs. nWo: World Tour. The new roster contains a total of 78 real-life wrestlers from seven different organizations, plus 16 unlockable legends. In addition, the player has the ability to customize a wrestler cosmetically and statistically. The game plays in six different modes: • Champion Road - From six different wrestling organizations, the player must beat all opponents who hold the champion title to become top champion. • Exhibition - This can be played in single, tag team, or handicap matches. Game rules are configurable. • Elimination - With a group of five select wrestlers, the player battles in team matches against an opposing group of five. • Battle Royale - Four wrestlers fight simultaneously in the ring with the last man standing being the winner. • League - With a total of 16 wrestlers as tag teams, the player must beat every single team to get the highest in the league. • Tournament - 16 different wrestlers battle in 8 bracket structured matches for the highest ranking.
