Overview

Game Set and Match 2 is a compilation of re-issued sports games, featuring several different sports. It is the sequel to Ocean's earlier compilation, Game Set and Match. The games in this compilation are: Super Bowl (Not available in the Amstrad CPC version) Winter Olympiad 88 (Not available in the Amstrad CPC version) The game in this compilation does not support a joy-stick. Basket Master Ian Botham's Test Match Super Hang-On Match Day II Nick Faldo Plays the Open Championship Sprint Steve Davis Snooker Track and Field The game Track and Field is a port of an arcade game developed by Konami in 1984. Details of the original game and the platforms it was ported to can be found here. The port to the ZX Spectrum included in this release was not sold commercially and was only issued within this compilation. The game is for one or two players and can be played with either a keyboard or a joystick. There are six mini-games , the 100m dash, long jump, the hurdles, the javelin, the hammer and the high jump. Each with four degrees of difficulty easy, normal, difficult and awesome. The games can be played individually or as a tournament where the player(s) must meet a qualifying time / distance in order to progress to the next sport.
