Tenka Fubu: Eiyuutachi no Houkou (天下布武 英雄たちの咆哮) is a Strategy game, developed and published by Game Arts, which was released in Japan in 1991. Developed by Takeshi Miyaji, the founder of Game Arts, who also played pivotal roles in the Silpheed, Lunar, and Grandia series. The game's system was reworked for this release.
The central concept of the series is often cited as being "a foreigner's misguided view of Japan"
