Dance Freaks is a rare, rhythm-based arcade cabinet developed by Konami and released in 2000. It is the official Korean version of Konami's Dance ManiaX, sharing the same unique motion-sensor gameplay framework but featuring a distinct, localized tracklist. Unlike traditional rhythm games that rely on floor pads, Dance Freaks utilized a contactless infrared sensor system, requiring players to wave their hands and legs through beams of light to hit scrolling musical cues.
