Overview
Dino Bonk is a classic coin-operated redemption whack-a-mole style arcade machine manufactured by Namco (specifically Namco America Inc.) in 1995.
It is a spin-off or variation of Namco’s highly popular Wacky Gator series. Instead of alligators, the machine features a colourful dinosaur theme.
Little mechanical dinosaurs emerge from their caves or slots, and players must use a soft, tethered foam hammer to "bonk" or smack them back in before they disappear.
It functions primarily as a ticket redemption game where players score points based on how many dinosaurs they hit, which then translates into tickets to trade for prizes.
