Overview
Gamshara (“Daredevil”) places players in the role of a samurai warrior who wields machine-guns and heavy weaponry to battle through a mythical war-torn version of feudal Japan, as enemy forces combine ancient and futuristic tropes.
Players control a character at the foreground while aiming a reticle over a scrolling background, shooting down enemies and avoiding return fire. A jump button allows temporary invulnerability; a third button triggers a “Gamshara mode” for powerful attacks. Other features include destructible scenery and chained scoring mechanics.
