Battle of the Martial Arts

Battle of the Martial Arts is a martial arts–themed fighting game set in a fictionalized historical China. A tournament is announced that draws fighters from various schools and regions, each seeking to demonstrate their mastery and claim recognition as the strongest warrior. Behind the event stands the Red Flame Sect, an organization whose actions have brought unrest to the martial world, turning the competition into a focal point for confrontation between rival styles and ideologies.

The player selects a martial artist from a roster of fighters, each with their own move set and combat techniques. Matches are fought one-on-one in a side-view perspective, with characters using strikes, kicks, jumps, and special attacks to defeat their opponent. Fights are divided into rounds, and progress is made by winning successive matches against increasingly challenging opponents.
