Overview
As captain of the U.S.S. Starship, you're our last hope for destroying the invading Oralop spaceships intent on capturing this galactic outpost of democracy! Gameplay is on an 8 x 8 grid of 64 quadrants, and the player has limited fuel and stardates to complete their mission. Each quadrant can contain a sun which must be navigated around, a friendly star base which the player can recharge, and enemy Oralop vessels. The player's vessel is armed with long range sensors to investigate adjacent quadrants, or can call up a galactic report to review all quadrant the player has occupied. The player does battle with Oralaps, and is armed with photon torpedoes and phasers. The player has access to a status report on the condition of their ship's equipment. The player must control their shield status
