SoftSide Adventure of the Month 03: Treasure Island Adventure

Treasure Island Adventure is the third in a series of monthly text adventures for multiple systems.

You have come across a map giving the exact coordinates to Treasure Island, and have determined it is in Long John's writing. You have spent your savings on passage to the island, where you hope to find his treasure.

During the player's adventure, they must explore the island, and more importantly the extensive underground cave network. The player must locate a number of treasures, including: a gold ring, a priceless Ming vase, a treasure chest, and more. These must be returned to the building on the island with the goal to obtain a total of 258 points. Points are also awarded for each new area discovered. Naturally, the player has a lamp with limited fuel to hinder their adventure.

All commands are via 2-word VERB NOUN entries, and game play contains several object puzzles. There is no save or restore feature.
