SoftSide Adventure of the Month 12: Titanic

Titanic is the twelfth in series of monthly text adventures for multiple systems.

You are the captain of the luxurious ship the Titanic. During its maiden voyage, you crash into a giant iceberg. Your goal is to rescue as many people as possible onto the lifeboats of the vessel, as well as save any valuables you can find. The game consists of many locked rooms on the main deck of the vessel, most of which contain a frightened passenger. The player must find the keys to all the locked doors, and convince the frightened passengers to join them on a lifeboat. Passengers include a frightened girl, Mrs. Vanderbilt, a Chinese speaker, a librarian, a lady with her toe stuck in the tub, a waiter, a drunken woman, an angry woman, a baby, a sleeping steward, a deaf woman, and a number of frantic passengers. If the player tries to put too many passenger on a boat, it will sing, and the player loses points for all people on the boat. Finally, the player must locate several expensive luxury items to achieve maximum score, and get themselves on the last awaiting lifeboat. The player receives points for each passenger saved and item found, for a total score of 3175

All commands are via 2-word VERB NOUN entries, and game play contains several object puzzles. There is a save and restore feature.
