Gremlin's Garden is a rate magazine game from well-known C64 coder, Antony Crowther (Monty Mole, Suicide Express, Killerwatt, Blagger, etc.) It's a variation of Snake, and was published in Personal Computer News #083 (20.10.1984) Avoid the mushrooms and the bird and collect the butterflies (the bird can be toggled on or off before the game, however)
