Overview

The War of Genesis III: Part 2 is a turn-based 2D role-playing game with a minor element of real-time strategy called the Legion System. For example, a small number of individually uncontrollable characters surrounding the leader character is considered as one whole player, contributing to a faster pace of duration for a huge scale combat for a tactical turn-based RPG. The game has a continuous storyline that originates from the first game The War of Genesis III, a story of Saladin and his squad. The story is divided into two episodes; Episode 4 and Episode 5. Episode 4 is called “The Sword of Soul”. This episode’s storyline is about Saladin, Joan and Christian who ride on Lightbringer and arrive at Arche. In the past, they have started to confront against Beramode’s conspiracy and faced AngraMainyu in order to protect their homeland known as Antaria. Simultaneously in Arche, an outer space exploration, Odyssey Project, is progressed and later on, people who will be known as the Gods happen to gather after various events. Episode 5: “The Universe of Mobius,” carries the storyline about the absolute evil, Beramode. Beramode, whose memories prior to 5 years ago have diminished, with no sense of self-awareness; he does not know who he is and where he is from, has researched with Embla in the Mellarium laboratory in Glory for a living. Meanwhile, he heads to Feel-life with his closest friend Ran, however, they happen to arrive on Abellian due to Pirate’s raid. Furthermore, he adapts to reality after meeting new peers but after experiencing numerous incidents, confusion abounds to Beramode due to arise of the gaps within his memories. Incidentally, Beramode discloses a truth that Embla holds the key to all the mysteries of his own existence.
