Asterix: Hunt for the Boars

Overview

Asterix: Hunt for the Boars is a rare, necklace-style electronic handheld game released in 1984. Manufactured and published exclusively in France by Ludotronic, the game was officially licensed from VTech, utilizing the hardware design from VTech's Sporty Time & Fun series (Model No. 7125). In other regions, it is also known under the titles Chasse aux Sangliers (French) and Wildschweinjagd (German).

Obelix hunts wild boars in the forest and tosses them over to Asterix. The player must guide Asterix left and right across three movement tracks to catch the boars and drop them into baskets.
