The Codex of Alchemical Engineering

The Codex of Alchemical Engineering is a puzzle game developed by Zachtronics that is about programming "manipulators" to move, transmute, and bind alchemical "atoms" into complex compounds.

After completing a level, the player's progress is saved as long as their Flash cookies aren't deleted. Their design, however, is not; if they want to keep their design, they must go to the Save screen and save the text shown there. The player can reload a saved design by pasting the design code into the Load window and pressing the load button.
