Overview
Stampede and its four-player counterpart Rawhide, were the last models developed from Chicago Coin and scheduled for production in February 1977 when Sam and Gary Stern took over the company in December 1976.
Very few models, maybe only the test-samples, were produced under the Chicago Coin label. Stern's Stampede was produced from February to April. A total of 1100 units were produced.
