Overview

This is part of the "Life's Little Lessons" series. This game deals with scary things. The entire Bear family shares stories of things that frightened Sister Bear and Brother Bear when they were just young cubs. In particular, the game focuses on the big fears of young childhood: scary noises, scary shadows, fear of failure, and scary masks. Players are told about the scary experiences Sister Bear and Brother Bear had, and are shown ways to deal with and get around their fears. For instance, in the case of fear of failure, players are told to practice what they are scared of failing at, and to keep practicing until it becomes second nature. After hearing about each fear and how the cubs overcame it, players take part in an activity that reinforces dealing with that particular fear. At the end of the activity, players receive a printable color certificate from the bear who told the story, and another certificate after players have successfully completed all the activities, proclaiming them a scaredy bear no more.
