Super MIDI Pak

Super MIDI Pak is a cartridge for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) that turns it into a MIDI synthesizer. It gives your SNES MIDI In/Out connectors, so you can play it or sequence it using standard MIDI keyboards, sequencers and software. Super MIDI Pak is compatible with audio production tools and musical keyboards for live play, but if you prefer, Super MIDI Pak also gives you direct access to the SNES sound chip allowing you to bypass MIDI and program it directly. It is compatible with both NTSC and PAL versions of the Super Nintendo, as well as the Super Famicom and Super NT. Super MIDI Pak gives you access to 16 polyphonic channels with independent settings.
