The noble and quite popular Professor Oak has made a national announcement on television stating that he will be visting the Taejo region. Excitement rained upon the local Taejo residents, but none other than Javyer Quau. Professor Oak has stated that he will be moving to Brighton Town, a town located on the western border of the Taejo and neighbor of the undeveloped Seijo region.
