Originally created by the girls at St. Bride's School in Wales and eventually published by G.I Solfware and by Zenobi Software for the Spectrum ZX, this version was converted for multiple systems by John Wilson of Zenobi Software for a belated Christmas gift to the world in 2019. ..... It is 5000 years ago in the west of England - then known as Abolan, and the inheritor of the civilisation, riches and magical knowledge of the mighty island continent of Caire ... the legendary Atlantis of myth and legend. The country Is ruled by the usurper MORVEN - or rather by the power behind the throne, her consort LORD FEAR. The true heiress, Princess Mayanna, has been slain but her closest friends have travelled through time itself to bring her back to life in the form of her reincarnation - a shy retiring schoolgirl known as Petra Stone. Before Petra can become Mayanna, she must drink from the "Cup of Memory" on the Sacred Mountain. For then and only then can the Princess's "alter-ego" be reborn. only then can SILVERWOLF be reborn! Only then, aided by the enchanted sword which is presently hidden in the great lake island, can Petra Stone become Princess Mayanna. The group of friends splits into two smaller parties - Thunder and Uisce seek the sword whilst Rahiyana and Whirlwind take Petra to the Sacred Mountain. However, all is not that simple, because he "Unholy Swarm" are hard on their heels and LORD FEAR has given orders that they must be stopped at all costs. So both parties must caution haste with vigilance and ensure they avoid the "Unholy Swarm" at all times.
