Overview
The game involves exploring various levels, collecting items and equipment, and fighting eccentric creatures in order to thwart the evil machinations of King Ostro. The character can also collect money to buy equipment in the shop at the end of each level. Different equipment gives different attacks with different effectiveness on different monsters. For most of the game, our hero is followed by his pet, Hedge the Hedgehog, who can occasionally help fight the creatures.
