Cartoon Network 'Toon Jam!

Toon Jam! is not a game in the traditional sense but a multimedia creation tool. The player, guided by Cartoon Network host Moxy (voiced by Bobcat Goldthwait), assembles animated music videos using characters from Cartoon Network’s and Turner’s archives.

Users select from a cast of characters and musical themes to construct short cartoons. The tool enables arranging animations, adding music, and customizing scenes. Created videos can be saved to a floppy disk. It functions more like a video editor than a typical game
