Fushigi no Umi no Nadia - Dennou Battle: Miss Nautilus Contest, the second game that can be found with the Collector's Edition.

It's actually a simple quiz, with sometimes very sharp questions about Fushigi no Umi no Nadia ("what's the maximum speed in nodes of the Red Noah?"), but also about Gainax's works in general ("Evangelion began to be aired on October 11, 1995, true or false?" ”).).

By responding well, the characters will be able to change their garments and dress up with other characters in the other Gainax titles ... so the interest is quite limited, unless you are really a big fan and want to test their knowledge.
