Overview

This is a short visual interactive novel. The plot is adapted from the short story of the same name written by Edogawa Ranpo. The work begins with a young man and woman reminiscing about the past on the edge of a cliff. By peeling off the cocoons and analyzing the old case, they dig out bit by bit. Uncovering the crueler truth hidden behind the case, Ranpo also discussed and expressed a certain kind of "perfection" in his own mind through the dialogues and memories of others in the work.
