Sky Robo was released in July 1989 in Japan. It was Nichibutsu's last non-mahjong/hanafuda arcade video game. It is one of rarest games developed by Nichibutsu.
Mandora, the final boss of Nichibutsu's "Terra Cresta", appears in the final stage of the game.
