Tenchu 3: Kaiki no Shou

Tenchu 3: Kaiki no Shou (天誅 参 〜回帰ノ章〜) is an expanded, upgraded stealth action-adventure video game released for the original Xbox. Developed by K2 LLC and published by FromSoftware in Japan, it launched on 27 May 2004. Outside of Japan, the game is widely known by its Western title, Tenchu: Return from Darkness.

Set in 16th-century feudal Japan, the game takes place one year after the events of the original Tenchu: Stealth Assassins. Peace under Lord Gohda is threatened when an evil sorcerer named Tenrai amasses an army of dark ninjas and lords of darkness to conquer the land. Players must control the central stealth assassins to stop the sorcerer's plans.
