Overview
Spatter was produced by Sega in 1984.
You play as a boy on a tricycle named Sanrin San-Chan (Tricycle*San), riding around a track surrounding a castle, suspended in the sky, collecting flowers and dodging go-karts, toy bulldozers, robots etc. or knocking them off the track. There are bonus stages that switch from overhead-view to platform side-view, where the object is to, while dodging droplets, jump up to the girl on the top platform and give her your flowers. There are 100 rounds to play through.
