Antarctic Tales Enhanced Edition

Antarctic Tales Enhanced Edition is a homebrew Racing game by Carlos Madruga, released for the Intellivision in 2023.

The Enhanced Edition introduces the following new features:

- Game difficulty was rebalanced and fine tuned.

- Speed was capped and it is much easier to manage.

- No need for frequent action button presses. The penguin will jump automatically when faced with an obstacle.

- Easier to collect flags as you skate towards them.

- Completing a full lap around Antarctica will show a new special screen.

- Sky will change colors with each stage, showing a day/night cycle and weather.

- Outposts with different colors will show up.

- Trajectory of jumping fish became a little more unpredictable, making for a more interesting challenge.

- Faster screen and background transitions in general.

- 2 additional songs.

- New cyan flag will make the penguin float (low gravity). Same points awarded as purple flag.

- Tips are now provided before each stage at the map screen.

- 2 new special codes that can be entered at the title screen.
