Overview
Super Baseball Double Play Home Run Derby is a classic sports arcade video game released in 1987. It was developed and published by Leland Corporation (sometimes associated with Cinematronics or Magicom) running on a Leland Z80-based system.
The game supports up to two players and features two primary modes:
• Super Baseball: A traditional simulation game where players can select between 1 to 9 innings of play. Players alternate between pitching and batting, and can insert additional coins to buy more innings.
• Home Run Derby: A competitive mode focused purely on hitting home runs. In a two-player game, players alternate every 5 pitches for up to 30 pitches each.
