Overview
You are a lieutenant of the space explorers and you must explore a part of unknown space; you have an arrangement, a modular spaceship you can equip as you choose. All ship types have a minimum standard equipment: 1 radar and 10 points of fuel. As you discover planets and take exploratory missions, they will give you merit points and promotions. With every promotion you get a bigger and better equipped ship. The goal is to become Admiral in 10 missions or less.
The three-dimensional space you will have to explore is divided into five sectors overlapping each other. Each sector is composed of 81 (9x9) quadrants of 1 parsec. Move from one quadrant to another of the same sector costs one fuel point; go up or down from one sector to another or make a hyperspace leap costs 5 fuel points. Be careful, the hyperspace leap is blind; even though remaining within the delimited space as above, the arrival point is regulated by the mysterious laws of galactic currents.
