Dr. Mario is a 1990 puzzle video game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Entertainment System, Famicom, and Game Boy. This hack transforms Dr. Mario Game Boy game into a Game Boy Color game.

That’s it! Dr. Luigi, Dr. Daisy and Dr. Wario join the virus battle! Choose your favorite doctor to play as, each one with their own sprite, palettes.
