Tokimeki Memorial: Oshiete Your Heart: Seal Version Plus is a dating sim. The game plays similarly to other Tokimeki Memorial games. However, since it is an arcade game, the time has been considerably reduced to achieves the goals.

Once the goal is achieved, the player will obtain real stickers as a reward. That is also the main difference in the plus version as the original game prints out a postcard instead of a sticker.
