ZIP is a collection of three games that contains:

Transector: Your planet is dangerously low on the metal C-2056 and so in this top view single screen game you have to move about the screen collecting the metal while avoiding the guards and their weapons over various levels. If you touch a guard or its weapon then you lose one of five lives.

Destructor: Your mission in this side view single screen game is to protect Earth from a Metanoid Ship in your MKII Destructor Ship. You sit on the bottom of the screen moving left or right, and you must hit the Metanoid Ship ten times to destroy it but the Metanoid drops bombs as it moves left to right and back again on the top of the screen. You must keep moving because if you stay still for too long then you will be destroyed and if you are destroyed or hit by a bomb then you lose one of five lives. Once the ship is destroyed then another one appears but lower down the screen.

Asteroid Belt: In this side view single screen game, your spacecraft sits on the top of the screen in an asteroid field. You must move left or right as various size asteroids move up the screen and must be avoided. If you touch an asteroid then you lose one of three lives but you do have three shields which protect you when activated for a short time.
