MURDER

MURDER is a simple game of reflexes. At first, the player takes control of an assassin sneaking behind the king's back with a dagger. To stab the king in the back, the player needs to hold Space for a required amount of time, but if the king turns around and spots the assassin in the act, the player ends up thrown into the dungeon and must try anew. The king should be watched for subtle cues which indicate he's about to turn around.

Once the king is killed and the assassin takes his place, it's the player's turn to protect his back from other killers. Various people will approach from the back, and by pressing Space at the right time the player can send them to the dungeon - though not all of the characters are killers. If someone succeeds in assassinating the player, they become the new king and the game begins anew.

There are four possible endings in total, depending on the player's actions.
