Overview
Code Name: Sector is a dedicated game in which one through four players track a hidden submarine. The computer controls the submarine, which is located in a grid and can move only a single tile after each ship's turn. Players use crayons and a parallel ruler to plot out paths and plastic submarines to keep score. The players' ships can change direction and speed and the computer will display their location and the proximity to the submarine using a LED display. Players use this information to deduce the position of the submarine and fire at it by giving a direction and range. When firing the player must also guess at the depth of the submarine or the shot will miss. On a miss, the submarine moves in a random direction.
