Overview
South Park: Super-Sweet Pinball was one of two tables in the South Park Pinball table pack, based on the animated Comedy Central TV series. Originally released for Zen Pinball 2, Pinball FX2, and as a standalone mobile app in October 2014, the table follows the absurd, unusual lives of the many residents of South Park. It uses voice clips from the episodes and the same 2D cardboard cut-out style for the animated characters. Following the release of Pinball FX3 in 2017, this table was discontinued due to licensing restrictions, but can still be played if it was bought when available.
This is the second ever pinball machine to be based on the South Park TV series - the first being a physical pinball machine released by SEGA Pinball in 1999, later known as Stern Pinball. Both tables were designed with support from the crew of the TV series, but play completely differently from each other and have very different layouts.
There are different missions based on the characters. Stan needs to kiss Wendy, but a right orbit needs to be hit to prevent him from throwing up. Randy needs to defeat Bat Dad who appears as a animated character on the table by hitting him. The boys can also hunt down ManBearPig. Kyle has his own multiball for a jackpot based around Mr. Hankey where the balls change into poo. Cartman has an alien probe and the spaceships of the aliens need to be defeated. He also throws cheesy poofs on the table with a large score for each hit. Chef is on the left side of the table and needs help from the boys for some romantic encounters. Kenny hides in different places on the table and needs to be targeted. You also can get the children on the school bus and Terrance and Phillip are on the right side with their own Canada lane. The ball can be taken to the mini table from the beginning for Sarcastaball where the ball changes into a red balloon, floating slowly. Each completed mission lights a South Park letter at the bottom of the table. When all missions are completed the wizard mode is activated.
Next to the mini table after launch, the main table has a regular set of flippers at the bottom, three outlanes on the left and two on the right, with Timmy letters to collect. There is another flipper near the top left to reach the main ramps on the right. A large loop reaches around the table and the spinners are located on the right. There are many targets in the centre area near the back.
