Dex

Dex is a 2D side-scrolling action platformer with an emphasis on exploration and non-linear gameplay set in Harbor Prime. This city is controlled in an oppressive manner by the Complex, an organization made out of corrupt megacorporations.

The player controls the eponymous Dex, a young girl living in Harbor Prime who is awakened by a voice telling her she is about to be assassinated by the Complex. She needs to stay out of their hands and find out why they want her dead. By progressing through quests and sidequests, and killing enemies, Dex receives experience points which can be used to upgrade her skills, like fighting, lock-picking, or computer hacking.
